There are some exciting events about to happen with The Lifelong Project!
I’ll be speaking about goals, joy, and getting things done in Indianapolis, Columbus, Ohio, and in Tampa, Florida coming up. In January of 2011 I just scheduled a presentation on using project management to achieve goals for the PMI Suncoast Chapter. You should make plans now to attend one of these events! I’d love to see you and speak with you about what your plans are for your life and how you’ll execute your plans.
September 25 – Geist Christian Church event, Indianapolis
This is a public event hosted by Geist Christ Church in Indianapolis, Indiana. This half-day workshop will give you a strong start to identifying what you want and what you need – and how to create project plans to achieve both. You’ll work on establishing goals and identifying actions you’ll need to take in order to make your goals as a reality. This event costs $25 per person and includes course materials and an autographed copy of The Lifelong Project book.
October 1 – Project Management Institute Central Ohio Chapter, Columbus
This is a full-day workshop that will walk you through the entire Lifelong Project process. You will identify your goals, break your goals down into smaller, accessible accomplishments, create activity lists, and work on your project management plan to achieve your goals over the next year. This is an intense hands-on workshop (where work is the operative word!). If you have goals in mind but need some help planning then this is the workshop for you. October 2 – Project Management Institute Tampa Bay Chapter, Tampa, Florida
On October 2 at the Tampa Convention Center I’ll be delivering a new Lifelong Project presentation: How to Change Your Life. This event is part of the 6th Annual Project Management Symposium and I’m honored to be invited to present this new talk to this talented group of project managers. The cost of the event, which begins on October 1 (though I’m speaking on October 2) is $445 for PMI members and $545 for non-members and guests. For more details on the event click here.
January 12, 2011, PMI Suncoast Chapter, St. Petersburg, Florida
Looking way out to the New Year! I’m thrilled to be delivering my Lifelong Project presentation for my new friends at the PMI Suncoast Chapter in St. Petersburg, Florida. In this presentation I’ll share my goals for 2011, show I create my 2011 project plan, and help participants identify goals, create project plans, and take action to achieve goals in 2011!
