Integration Management
Project integration management is the first on nine project management knowledge areas. It is, to some extent, the parent of all other project management knowledge areas. It ushers along the processes in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing. It is not unlike the hub of all project activities as it coordinates, integrates, and oversees the relationships among the project processes.

PMP Videos are too good in terms of content and quality.

There seems to be an issue with the Preform Integrated Change Control, you can’t seem to get past the 2nd slide, the clock stops at 1:59, but it doesn’t go to the 3.0 section. Any ideas?
