Do I qualify for the Project Management Professional (PMP)?

You qualify for the PMP® if:

  • High school diploma, 60 months of experience, and…
  • 7,500 hours directing projects, or…
  • Four year degree, 36 months of experience, and…
  • 4,500 hours directing projects
  • AND 35 hours of project management education

Contact Hours or Professional Development Units (PDUs)?

You may only accrue PDUs after earning your PMI certification (such as the PMP®). Prior to earning the PMP® you earn contact hours. You need 35 contact hours of project management training as part of the PMP® qualifications. We provide the 35 contact hours through our courses.
